Whitley have signed midfielder Marc Ellison from Horden CW. Marc had a short spell at Hillheads in the 2014/15 season, making 19 appearances before leaving to join Shildon. He had previously played for Crook Town, Hartlepool and Darlington.
Manager Nick Gray commented "I'm really pleased to get Marc. He's an experienced player who will be a welcome addition to the squad.
"We know we also need to add at the attacking end of the pitch and we will hopefully have a couple more in the near future, as at present we are fairly thin in the squad due to injuries."
